B Lenders help fit the gap between bank mortgage loans and private equity lenders.
Qualifying for a mortgage through a B Lender is easier than a bank, but one can expect to pay a slightly higher interest rate, and perhaps some administrative fees depending on the lender. B Lender rates are only marginally higher than the banks by 1-2%, and they are more lenient regarding the credit requirements of the applicant. B Lenders are often seen as being more of an institutional equity lender, since they are more of a make sense lender, who will consider available equity with their approval process.
We deal with lenders who focus on the available equity you have and not income or credit. Our lenders will look beyond your challenges and use a make sense approach when approving you loan. You may have poor credit and little to no income yet own a property. Again, an equity loan option is very realistic based on the available equity you have to help bridge the help you need.
